Transitional Housing

Through our strategic alliance with Dallas Metro Ministries, our goal is to provide transitional housing for those situations that arise as we are out in the communities. Because of the limited space available for DDC programs at Metros apartments, our target is individuals and families that we have built relationships with over the years. Because of our involvement within the communities that we serve, we receive more requests than can be met for immediate housing.  Our desire is to be able to expand this opportunity in the future.
For those that we can accommodate, an agreement is signed by the parties involved and they are given a place to stay as soon as possible. We have been able to provide housing for such needs as a safe house for battered women and their children; moms and their children who have been left homeless; as well as other needs that arise for individuals and families in a crisis situation.
